Our Team

Practitioners who ship, not presenters who pitch

Every person at Agent Driven Development writes code, runs production systems, and works directly with clients. No bench. No layers. Senior operators who have done the transition themselves.

How we are built

We are a small, deliberate team. Everyone here has shipped production systems, led engineering organizations, and operated with AI agents in real delivery environments. We chose breadth of experience over headcount because the problems our clients face do not require more bodies. They require sharper thinking.

When you work with us, you work with the people on this page. No handoff to junior associates. No slide decks from someone who has never opened a terminal.

Why CxOs hire this team

The mandate is simple: convert AI activity into financial and operating outcomes with bounded downside.

Board-level clarity

We speak in cost, risk, speed, and transfer outcomes. Your board and executive committee get decision-ready framing, not tool demos.

Bounded risk

Engagements run with explicit month 2, 4, and 6 decision gates. Continue, constrain, or stop based on evidence.

No dependency model

We are hired to build internal capability and transfer it. If your organization becomes permanently dependent on us, we failed the assignment.

Member of the Technical Staff

20 years building and running engineering organizations. CTO of a SaaS platform where he proved two engineers with AI agents can outproduce a team of ten — cutting planned headcount costs from over $2M per year to under $500K while shipping faster. That operating proof became the foundation for everything we publish and deliver.

Before that, Nathan spent years in large-scale change management at some of the biggest brands in the world — Ford, Amway — then went deep as CTO of a startup building ML-powered brain-computer interface robotics. He has been writing code for over two decades, came up through test-driven development and relentless refactoring, and now pairs with AI agents daily. Not because he forgot how to write code. Because he saw what it meant.

How engagements are staffed

You are not buying a mystery bench. You are getting a small, senior delivery pod with named accountability and explicit transfer outcomes.

  • Senior-only core pod. No bait-and-switch from senior sellers to junior delivery.
  • Currently engaged consultants. Our active bench includes FAANG leaders and other senior operators who join where their domain depth materially improves outcomes.
  • Operator network on demand. We pull in specialized partners only when the scope requires it, and we tell you exactly who is involved.
  • Decision rights are explicit. Technical, product, and governance ownership are assigned on day one.
  • Transfer is contractual. We leave you with capability, not dependency.

If we believe your scope requires a larger team than is rational, we say so early. We optimize for throughput and economics, not headcount optics.

What clients can expect in 30 days

Week 1

Working sessions across engineering, product, finance, and control functions to map value flow and identify where throughput is being absorbed.

Weeks 2-4

A parallel delivery pod is operating with explicit governance, AI-native workflow, and measurable output targets. You see progress in cadence, not slideware.

By Day 30

You have a decision-ready view of whether to expand, constrain, or stop based on evidence. No open-ended consulting loop.

Work with us

We keep the team small so every engagement gets direct access to senior operators. If you need board-level confidence with operator-level execution, let us talk.
