Work where you do your best thinking. We use writing as the operating system and keep meetings tight, decision-focused, and optional when possible.
AI-agent execution is baseline
You will use the same workflows we deploy with clients: agent-assisted architecture, coding, review, and delivery. This is not an experiment here.
Small team, direct impact
You will speak with clients, shape architecture, and push production code. There are no organizational layers between your judgment and execution.
Business fluency is required
You do not need an MBA, but you do need to reason about EBITDA, flow efficiency, and engineering leverage while staying grounded in code-level reality.
